This is the presentation from the January 9th, 2013 webinar on finding and using local data. It describes national, state regional and county-level data sources on suicide ideation, suicide attempts, suicide death and suicide method. In addition, it describes some other non-traditional data sources that can contextualize the issue of suicide within the community and provides some considerations for interpreting and using data. Tulare County provides a case example in their use of data and provides some key learning experiences.
